NATURAL LOVER

Malaysia have a NATURAL HABITAT with a rich vegetation of herbs. Mostly displayed at the recent Putrajaya Flora Carnival. Tun Jeanne, Tan Sri Shamsuddin, Datuk Seri Yahya Jalil and me appreciating the seedlings displayed and for sale.

Soon to balance these vegetation I would like to propose and introduce honey beekeeping in Putrajaya

IKAN KELI BALIK PULAU-penang

A very dynamic person, Lim have a good start rearing catfish (ikan keli). With 11 ponds and 2 pond assistant harvesting almost 15 ton/mth . Will increase subsequently to 20ton/mth by end 2009. Selling of various sizes and most tasty is when 2-3 /kg. The fibre is delicous and taste like fish from the sea. Good available river water, developing good nutritional feed and in the near future a hatchery will ensure quality and quantity.

Planning to value add by pre cook -salai to be sold soon.

Today 4th August (tuesday) 2009, when Azudin and I went to visit the Flora Carnival, we met Dato Seri Yahya Jalil followed by Tan Sri Shamsuddin and surprising met Tun Jeanne appreciating the varieties of herbs plant.

We are planning something exciting for Putrajaya that the plants love most. POLLINATING...

What is Biological Farming Practice?

That will be starting from the basis of understanding the soil quality, the air and the natural weather.

What is H2O, friendly bacteria that facilitate the injection of oxygen into the plants and the soil.......

Avoid chemical that caused the higher dosages needed and kill the nutrient of the soil.

Offcourse instant solution is the best but in long term it will escalate in cost and production.

Minerals are naturally available in the soil. Using bacteria to cultivate growth of minerals thus produce nutritional crops

Schooling History 63-75 & Sustainability Farming of my Grandfather

TRADITIONAL FARMING GENERATE TRADITIONAL INCOME. Traditional Income today are not sustainable. They were introduce by the older generation the basis of sustainable food produce behind the backyard and beyond. My late grandfather Hj.Mohd Ariff bin Yaacob stayed at Batu 8 1/4, Bukit Pinang. He was a headmaster of Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Titi Gajah during the 60s-early 70s. He owned pieces of agriculture land around Bukit Pinang, Hutan Kampung, relong of Padi field, Dusun , Kebun durian Siam etc. Several unit of houses , rented to the Kepala Batas army. In 1967 , my family (I mean my father and 7 of us) move to Bukit Pinang. I got a place in Sekolah Rendah Tunku Abdul Halim (now behind the Alor Setar Tower).I was admitted to standard 5 and 6 here. In 1969 admitted into Sultan Abdul Hamid College (SAHOCA).

As one the police son, we move a lot. 1963-64, Schooling in standard 1 and 2 in Raub, where famous gold mine, Gulai ayam and kacang goreng Sempalit originated. A black area (Komunis hideout too) etc.

1965, standard 3 in Clifford Primary School, Kuala Lipis (same school that Siti Nurhaliza was). During this period of confrantation between Malaysia and Indonesia, school children were drilled to escape if we fall under attack. We will be warned and systematically walk into the rubber estate nearby the school and big fire were put up within the school. I remember one of the princess of current sultan of Pahang, Tuanku Mariam was in the same class with me. Standard 3D?. I started selling curry puff and nasi lemak at the Army/Police Barrack as there are many of them station here during that year.

1966 have to transfer again , this time to Penang, where the Duty Free status remain at that time. Sugar was only 10c/kati. 5c 2 boxes of matches. We stayed at the Central Police Station and I was in Standard 4 at Westland Primary School. Here in the Bahasa Malaysia was taught by a Chinese teacher. 1967 back to Kedah.

During this time if a person admit into police although in kedah, you will be posted far away from your state. My father was posted to Muar Johor. while schooling in an arabic school Maktab Mahmud , Jalan Pegawai during the Japanese invasion he met my mother who are all from the same school and village of Jalan Kilang Ais. and my mother Zaleha Muhammad was schooling the same school with our Tun M. "They say 1 kampung la".

My eldest brother was born 1951 , Shuib (arwah 1975). When my parents in Muar , he experience the history of Bukit Kepung.

1954, my second brother was born, Shahar in Muar. He has to stay with my grandfather in Bukit Pinang.

Later in 1956 I was born in Bukit Pinang on the April 27, the day the Sultan Abdul Halim was getting married I was named Abdul Halim . The highway toward Bukit Kayu Hitam from Alor Setar/south, as you about to pass the bridge across the river, smack in the middle of this part was where I was born, the land where exactly my grandfather house was.

Before this NKVE was built, Tun visited the kampung Bukit Pinang and my grand uncle commented to Tun M, "why do you have to take his land and my grandfather land for the highway?.Tun replied " Tu laa, rakyat banyak tanah, sampai kerajaan kena beli tanah dari rakyat nak bgi kemudahan kat rakyat". !
